Shipping and exchanges
Delivery inside Kathmandu valley
Free on every order. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days, and you will get an SMS with your rider's details on the day.
Delivery across Nepal
A flat Rs 150, free on orders over Rs 5,000. Our courier partners deliver to most addresses in 3 to 5 working days, and you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email.
Cash on delivery
Available inside Kathmandu valley and most major cities for orders up to Rs 15,000. You can also pay with eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or card at checkout.
Exchanges
Not quite right? Exchange for another size or colour within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Inside the valley we collect and deliver the exchange for free.
Refunds
If something arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will refund you in full or send a replacement. For change-of-mind returns we offer store credit valid for 12 months.
Final sale items
Sale pieces marked final sale, earrings and innerwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
