By using this website or placing an order with Aara you agree to these terms.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or was priced in error, and we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Nepali rupees and include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout, or on delivery for cash on delivery orders.
Product colours
We photograph every piece carefully, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Delivery and exchanges
Delivery times and exchange rules are set out on our Shipping and Exchanges page and form part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes fall under the courts of Kathmandu.
